How I handle stress
Just like any normal teenager, I too experience stress and anxiety. From paper works, to reports, deadlines and most especially the need to socialize even after all the stress.
Being optimistic has its own limits, and there was this point where I really end up crying like a whale because of how stress I was. Then, I realized how bless I am.
I am blessed when it comes to family. Blessed when it comes to friends, blessed when it comes to my capability to impart knowledge to the youth and most especially, blessed to have the strength to overcome my fears, weaknesses, guilts, unlikeliness, difference, and my failures.
